Training Calendar
This laboratory, a premier organisation under the Ministry of Culture established in 1976 for research and training in the conservation of cultural heritage, invites applications from in-service personnel and freshers for the following courses.

How to Apply
The application form can be downloaded from the website: www.nrlc.gov.in. The filled application should reach the Director, National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Sector E/3, Aliganj, Lucknow – 226024, by the respective last date. In-service applicants should send their applications with attested copies of certificates and degree(s) through proper channel only.
Course Fee
The course fee is non-refundable and is to be paid at the time of joining the course, either in cash or by demand draft favouring "DDO, NRLC, Lucknow", payable at Lucknow.
Venue
All training courses are conducted at the NRLC Training Institute, Sector G, Jankipuram.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided at the NRLC Hostel, Sector G, Chuiyapur Chauraha, Jankipuram, Lucknow. NRLC trainees not sponsored by their employers will stay in the hostel free of cost, but will have to pay maintenance charges of ₹600 for six months, in lump sum.
Food
Food is provided by the NRLC contractor on payment.

Other Training Activities
Every year, special programmes for museology students from different universities are also conducted by the laboratory.
NRLC also conducts a number of specialised workshops on the care and conservation of different types of cultural property. The duration of these workshops varies from 3–10 days, depending on the type of programme.
From time to time, the laboratory also receives interns from institutions in India and abroad for specialisation in the curative conservation of different types of cultural property.
