National Knowledge Network (NKN)

RailTel supports the advancement of education, research and knowledge sharing through high-capacity network connectivity for academic and research institutions. As an implementing partner of the National Knowledge Network (NKN), RailTel contributes to connecting universities, research laboratories, medical institutions and other centres of learning through a high-speed communication infrastructure.

NKN enables participating institutions to collaborate, exchange information and access knowledge resources across geographical boundaries. This connected ecosystem supports academic collaboration, research activities and the digital delivery of educational resources.
