I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering Sciences at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management (ABV-IIITM) Gwalior, since June 2025. I received my Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna, India, in 2021, specializing in distributed algorithms and energy-aware Cloud-Edge systems. Prior to joining here, I worked as a Staff Scientist at Department of Computing Science at Umeå University, Sweden, from April 2025 to June 2025, and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Autonomous Distributed Systems Lab at Umeå University from April 2023 to March 2025. I also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, from June 2021 to February 2023. I have authored more than 40 peer-reviewed papers and articles in high-impact journals and internationally reputed conferences, as well as one textbook titled "Cloud and Distributed Computing: Algorithms and Systems", published by Wiley. My research interests include Cloud-Edge Systems, Serverless Computing, Energy-Efficient Computing, Time-Series Analysis and Forecasting, and Distributed Algorithms. My current research focuses on developing energy efficient, sustainable and low-carbon approaches for Cloud-Edge Continuum Systems.
