Prof. Kiran Kumar Pattanaik

Biography

K K Pattanaik holds Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MTech, and PhD in Computer Science & Engineering. He works in various engineering application domains involving Distributed and Mobile Computing, Wireless Sensor Network protocols, and Edge Computing. Dr. Pattanaik (Senior Member of IEEE) is a reviewer for several leading Journals in the areas of communication, networks and IIoT.

He serves the Advisory Board - Scientific Consultation Panel at the Digital Innovation Centre (DiGInnoCent s.r.o. https://www.diginnocent.com/) based at Czech Republic in the area of Distributed Computing and Industrial IoT. DIC has collaboration with 13 countries executing several projects pan Europe and outside. Recently he is nominated as the "Member Nomination Committee" of Shastri Indo Canada Institute (SICI). Currently, he is the office bearer for IEEE Systems Council (MP Section Chapter) in the capacity of Vice-Chair.

He received the ABV - Research Excellence Award - 2023 for his outstanding contributions in research and scholarly activities on the 17 January 2024.
